Very thankful for Mr. Tony and his crew. I was clueless about car repairs, the warranty process, and all that comes with it. Mr. Tony was phenomenal at taken care of everything and getting our car repaired quickly. Excellent Customer Service. Definitely recommend.

Found this shop through repair pal and figured they would be a good place to take our vehicle to. We were wrong. They had it almost 2 weeks and I called several times asking if they figured out what was wrong. They said they would call back within the hour and never did. I called again the next week and noone answered. Then finally someone called and told me because my car wouldnt start it needed a starter and they couldn't read any codes on our car either. I tried giving them the codes we read ourselves with a code reader when we dropped it off but they didnt care. How did we read the codes but they couldn't without it cranking? Also, they wanted to charge us around $800 just for the part. We took it to a different place and they had the problem found and fixed within 4 days! Waste of time to go here and the lady that answers the phone also wont listen to what you're saying and just randomly transfer you.

Great place. I got in with Arthur and he did amazing work on my car I definitely give him a 10/10 I recommend this place as well as their great worker!!! They got me in and out in no time and fixed the issue I had!!!

Vehicle started making a noise underneath while driving. Called around from a list that my warranty provider gave and nobody could get me in til late next week. Called Starks and they were able to get me in the same day. They diagnosed the problem and communicated it with me and then my warranty provider. They made it to where I didn’t have to talk to or have any issues getting it fixed under warranty. Got the parts and fixed the issue and Customer service and communication was exceptional. Definitely recommended business
